In Corsier, on the left bank, just a short walk from the lake, this project is set in an environment we know and particularly love.

Taken on at a stage when it couldn’t find a buyer, we have thoroughly reimagined it. The floor plans were adjusted to bring greater fluidity and balance to the spaces, while the facades were redesigned to assert a sober, contemporary identity consistent with the location.

Beyond the architecture, we redefined the project’s narrative and positioning to restore its meaning and desirability.

COÏA embodies this transformation: three THPE-certified villas, with a refined aesthetic, perfectly integrated into a quiet and sought-after living environment.
 Within a few months, two of the three villas were sold and marketed by our partner Naef Knight Frank.
