In Thônex, SIZE is involved in the development of a new neighborhood through the revision of a Localized Neighborhood Plan. This is a project on a different scale for us—approximately 10,000 m² of floor area, 120 housing units, some of which are condominiums—but our ambition remains the same: to develop with high standards and consistency.
BOULEVARD VERT is part of a controlled development approach, with the goal of creating a balanced and sustainable neighborhood. It is not merely a housing project, but a true piece of the city, designed with its future residents in mind.
The project has been entrusted to Atelier d’Architecture Bugna. On this scale, our role is all the more important: to coordinate, anticipate, and ensure that every decision—from the master plan to the common areas—enhances the quality of life for those who will live here tomorrow.
