SIZE plays an active role in the design of a Local Development Plan (PLQ) currently under revision, within a developing area in the municipality of Thônex.
The company is engaged in the development of a real estate project covering 10,000 m² of gross floor area (GFA), in compliance with the General Law on Development Zones (LGZD).
Once completed, the site will feature 120 apartments, one-third of which will be condominiums (PPE).
The architectural design has been entrusted to the Atelier d’Architecture Bugna, and the total project value is estimated at CHF 35,000,000.
