In Jussy, set in a preserved rural setting, SIZE is overseeing the transformation of an old farmhouse into a contemporary villa, bringing out the potential of the existing structure.
The project is based on a careful analysis of the original building—the stone, the wood, the volumes—all elements that define the identity of the place.
Our approach consists of thoughtfully reimagining this foundation to breathe new life into it, without altering its essence. Transformation means striking a balance between preservation and innovation. It involves precise intervention to bring forth new uses, a new spatiality, and a new way of living.
JUSSY 342 exemplifies this capacity for profound transformation, giving the space a second soul—one that is both faithful to its history and rooted in the present.
